What topics are covered in your childbirth education classes?

Topics include the stages of labor, pain management techniques, breathing exercises, medical interventions, postpartum recovery, newborn care and more.

When is the best time to be taking a childbirth education class?

It’s recommended to start classes during the second or early third trimester, ideally between 28-34 weeks of pregnancy.

Do you provide postpartum support or doula services?

Yes, I offer additional support services, including postpartum education and birth doula support.

How long are the classes, and how many sessions are there?

Classes are currently being offered as private 3 hour sessions to current clients. If you are interested in upcoming group classes, reach out to be added to our mailing list so you can receive notice on when our next set of classes will be offered. Group sessions are offered in sets of 4 classes, with each class running approximately 2 hours.

Are your classes evidence-based?

Yes, I am a Lamaze International certified childbirth educator, and so, all the content is grounded in the latest research and best practices in childbirth education..

Do you offer private classes?

Yes, private sessions can be arranged to focus on your unique needs and preferences.
