Available Packages
Private insurance: I am currently listed in the Carrot directory and pre-approved through them. Check with your employer if this benefit is offered to you as part of your contract. If pricing is an issue, please do still reach out. I offer discounts and payment plans for families of various backgrounds.
Every doula packages come inclusive of 10 professionally captured and edited photos. I take and edit the photos myself. As a birth photographer, it brings me so much joy to photograph birth, and I feel this is a natural extension of my services.

We meet for coffee, pick your favorite shop and I'll meet you there, or we can do it virtually if that's easier.
Take a few days to decide. I'd rather you be certain than quick. If you find you have a full-body “yes”, I'll send my contract to review.
After that, your date is secured on my calendar. A 50% deposit reserves your spot, with the balance due four weeks before your due date. Payment plans are available to all families, if needed. To help ensure all families have access to doula care, I provide a need-based discount for lower-income households. I also offer discounts to home birth families. If you’re ever unsure, please reach out anyway.We meet at least twice before labor where we go over birth preparation, baby care and postpartum. Some of the things we will explore include (but are not limited to) going over your birth preferences, learning about labor, discussing any fears or concerns you may have and how to deal with them, learning different ways to cope with labor, working with partners to teach hand-on labor support, etc
I go on-call 24/7 the minute you hit 38 weeks until you have your baby. From the moment we become a team, you have unlimited access to me by text, phone or email, so if there is anything on your mind, feel free to always reach out.
On the day of your labor, I will stay with you throughout labor and birth until one to two hours after the birth of the baby.
We meet again for a postpartum session within the first month after the birth to see how you and baby are doing, and to debrief the birth.

No matter what stage you're in, I'm here to help you create a positive, empowering experience for you and your growing family.
