One of the reasons I love photographing families so much is watching a family change and evolve over the years, not only through my lens but right in front of my eyes, and being able to present to the family, how I see them and the beauty in their relationships and interactions. It was lovely seeing Erica, Dan and Taylor make an appearance in front of my lens once again as they welcomed the new addition into their family. Erica and Dan chose not to find out the gender of the baby while Erica was pregnant, opting to keep it all a surprise till d-day. Well, Taylor is now a big brother to a lovely little boy, Hayden. Welcome earth-side little one, we've been waiting for you!

Alexis and John got in touch with me requesting one thing: to help them commemorate their wonderful 3 years in Dubai, during which they had welcomed a brand new addition to their family, the incredibly cute and smiley little Christopher. They were nearing the end of their stay, in the middle of packing to move back to Houston, TX, yet Alexis and John wanted to take photos around the city at some of their favorite places so they can show Christopher when he grows up what a wonderful place Dubai had been. We had an AWESOME time at the beach together. The weather was absolutely perfect and everything came together beautifully. I couldn't have asked for anything better.
