Sometimes, all it takes is just slowing down, taking life in as all the craziness unravels around us. I think the one word I would use to describe my journey into parenthood would be "surrender". Things don't always happen as we plan them, or we expect them to, and it is truly up to us to adjust the sails, and to make the most of the new directions we are bound to explore.

I love covering even the most simple of the day to day antics. Here, Badr is (knowingly, perhaps? ;) performing the most perfect urdvha mukha svanasana!

What do you get when you combine a nice, Dubai winter morning at my favorite spot (the beach of course!) with the cutest little three month old baby boy called Ameer? A morning full of laughs and giggles! I could not stop taking picture of this cute family. I was so worried it would be too cold for Ameer at the beach, but he showed up all bundled up, looking cute as a button and just so happy and excited. It was an excellent morning. Razan and Ahmad, thank you for a great time! I will always look back at these pictures and smile, as I'm sure you will do the same!
